Find and hire the designers, engineers and builders who will shape Veril Studio.
About the role
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll own hiring for our design, engineering and operations roles — sourcing great people, running a thoughtful interview process and giving every candidate a great experience.
What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and interview plans.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, communities and referrals.
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidates in our applicant tracking system.
- Extend offers and support onboarding handoffs.
- Report on pipeline health and hiring metrics.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring software engineers and designers.
- Strong sourcing skills and a good understanding of tech roles.
- Excellent communication and candidate-experience focus.
Nice to have
- Agency or startup recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring remote teams.
- Experience with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever.
