Project Manager
Keep our client projects on time, on budget and running smoothly from kickoff to launch.
About the role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the steady hand behind every engagement. You’ll plan timelines, coordinate designers and developers, keep clients informed, and spot risks before they become problems.
What you’ll do
- Plan project scopes, timelines, milestones and resourcing.
- Run kickoffs, stand-ups, client check-ins and retrospectives.
- Track progress, budgets and change requests.
- Be the main day-to-day point of contact for clients.
- Identify risks and dependencies early, and resolve blockers.
- Keep documentation and project tools up to date.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of project management experience in digital, agency or software environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency with tools such as Linear, Asana, Jira or ClickUp.
- Excellent organisation and client communication skills.
Nice to have
- PMP, CSM or similar certification.
- Experience managing web and mobile app launches.
- Basic understanding of design and development workflows.
