Product Manager

About the role
As a Product Manager, you’ll turn client goals and user needs into clear product plans. You’ll define scope, prioritise ruthlessly and keep design and engineering aligned on outcomes, not just output.
What you’ll do
- Run discovery with clients and users to define problems worth solving.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own roadmaps and prioritise features against impact and effort.
- Partner with design and engineering from concept through launch.
- Define success metrics and analyse product performance after release.
- Shape the Veril Core™ client portal roadmap.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of product management experience on web or mobile products.
- A track record of shipping products that users love.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics tools.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
- Working understanding of design and engineering processes.
Nice to have
- Agency or client services experience.
- Experience with SaaS dashboards or client portals.
- Experience with AI-powered features.
