About the role
As a Finance Analyst, you’ll build the models and reports that guide our decisions — from project profitability to cash-flow planning and budgeting.
What you’ll do
- Build budgets, forecasts and financial models.
- Analyse project profitability and utilisation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and support planning decisions.
- Partner with the accountant on month-end close.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial modelling skills.
- Clear communication of financial insights to non-finance teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with QuickBooks or Xero.
- Agency or professional-services finance experience.
- Progress toward a CFA or similar qualification.
