Art Director
Lead the visual direction of our client work and the Veril Studio brand.
About the role
As Art Director, you’ll set and protect the creative bar across every project. You’ll shape brand identities and product visuals, guide designers and illustrators, and make sure everything we ship looks and feels unmistakably considered.
What you’ll do
- Lead visual direction for brand, web and product projects from concept to delivery.
- Present creative concepts to clients and build consensus around them.
- Guide, review and mentor designers, illustrators and interns.
- Define and maintain brand and design systems.
- Partner with developers to make sure designs are built faithfully.
- Stay ahead of design, motion and typography trends.
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years of design experience, including 2+ years leading creative direction.
- A strong portfolio of brand identity and digital product work.
- Expert skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent typography, layout and colour sensibility.
- Confidence presenting to clients and giving clear creative feedback.
Nice to have
- Motion design experience (After Effects, Rive or Lottie).
- Agency or studio background.
- Experience art-directing photography or 3D.
